Johor Bahru, 05 August 2021 – Paragon Globe Berhad (“Paragon Globe” or the “company”) today has delivered the food aid to patients and frontliners in Covid-19 Quarantine and Treatment Center Pasir Gudang at Pasir Gudang Indoor Stadium (“PKRC Pasir Gudang”).
Items donated include mineral water, instant drinks, packed drinks, cup noodles, and biscuits for 1,000 pax of patients and frontliners in PKRC Pasir Gudang.
Dato’ Sri Edwin Tan Pei Seng, Executive Chairman of Paragon Globe, said: “This contribution was part of the company’s corporate social responsibility (“CSR”) initiative. We hope that our small contribution could aid patients and frontliners during these trying times.”
“Paragon Globe is always committed to support the effort and to assist frontliners to fight Covid-19. We would also like to extend our deepest gratitude to the frontlines who continue to risk their lives, oftentimes without rest,” he added.
Paragon Globe is part of Joland Group. This is the 8th CSR programme since the enforcement of the Movement Control Order (“MCO”) in March 2020.

16 December 2020 – Paragon Globe had extended the support and love to the frontliners in Hospital Sultan Ismail, Hospital Sultanah Aminah Johor Bahru and Hospital Permai Johor Bahru by contributing a total of 300 goody bags.
22 January 2021 – Paragon Globe donated RM20,000 worth of essential food items to the 400 households in need in Benut, Johor.
19 February 2021 – In conjunction with the Chinese New Year celebration, Paragon Globe donated RM6,000 to four selected orphanages homes and care centre, to reduce their financial burden.
06 May 2021 – Paragon Globe and PMP organized a “Ramadan Prihatin” programme by distributed essential items, goodies bag and “Duit Raya” to two selected orphanages homes in Johor Bahru, to bring festive cheers and helps to relieve some of their financial burden.
15 July 2021 – Joland Group through PMP in collaboration with TF Value-Mart Hypermarket to support the community initiative #benderaputih (#whiteflag), by contributed RM10,000 worth of essential food items to 200 selected pre-register underprivileged household and/or individual.
To make this CSR campaign reached out more people, PMP in collaboration with TF Value-Mart has added Food Bank counter.
