POSTPONEMENT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING SCHEDULED TO BE HELD ON 18 MARCH 2020

Paragon Globe Berhad ("PGB") had on 17 March 2020 issued the Notice of Postponement of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") to hold its EGM at Level 2, Grand Paragon Hotel, No.18, Jalan Harimau, Taman Century, 80250 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia on Thursday, 2 April 2020 at 10.00 a.m. instead of Wednesday, 18 March 2020 at 10.00 a.m. as stated in the Notice of EGM dated 2 March 2020.

On 25 March 2020, our Prime Minister further announced that the movement control order will be extended to from 31 March 2020 to 14 April 2020 to contain the COVID-19 outbreak.

Hence, the Board of Directors ("Board") of PGB hereby announced that the date to convene the said EGM will be determined in due course subject to the announcement of the authorities and appropriate announcement will be made in due course.

OFFICE TEMPORARILY CLOSED

With the further announcement on 25 March 2020, the Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin has declared that Malaysia will extend nationwide Movement Control Order until 14 April 2020, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, our company will be temporarily closed from 18 March 2020 (Wednesday) to 14 April 2020 (Tuesday).
