Economic Performance

In FY2025, PGB delivered a significant uplift in financial results, with total revenue and other income reaching RM308.8 million, a near six-fold increase from FY2024. This strong growth was mainly driven by the monetisation of land assets, reflecting our disciplined approach to capital management and value realisation. Economic value distributed rose to RM201.2 million, benefitting suppliers, employees, financiers, government and the wider community. Importantly, the Group retained RM107.5 million, which will be reinvested into business expansion, capability building and strategic investments to support long-term growth. Supply Chain Management

In FY2025, PGB continued to strengthen its responsible and resilient supply chain practices. We recorded zero incidents of non-compliance across our supply chain operations, reflecting strong governance and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards. Consistent with prior years, 100% of our suppliers and contractors were local companies registered in Malaysia, underscoring our commitment to supporting the local economy, enhancing supply chain resilience and reducing environmental impact. During the year, we conducted performance evaluations on selected supply chain partners, with most meeting our standards and remaining on the approved list. One underperforming partner was blacklisted, reinforcing our accountability measures and commitment to continuous improvement. These results highlight our ability to maintain a transparent, ethical and sustainable supply network that supports national development goals while ensuring reliable delivery of high-quality projects.
